In Year, 2019 Bangladesh cricket board increased 70% match fees for their cricketers which brings Bangladesh cricketers earnings ahead of Pakistan, Sri Lanka and West Indies players. The captains in all three format received extra contract based which include (captains responsibility bonus) paid by all teams.
Bangladesh Cricketers Contracts Categories :Bangladesh cricket players contract divided into four categories. The category (A+) contract holders earn ($57,000) guaranteed salary at the end of each year. Those who selected for (A) contracts earn $43,000 per anum and (B) contract holders earn ($28,000).
Bangladesh Rookie Salary Contracts ($14,000) :All those players who selected for Bangladesh rookie contracts earn $14,000 each year. These players are selected from U19 team of Bangladesh. In current squad of Bangladesh only five players holds the rookie contracts.
Bangladesh Players Prize Money Share & Winning Bonus : Each player awarded with double match fees when they won series or match against Australia, Pakistan, India, and England. Bangladesh player offered prize money share which is almost 25% and other 75% distributed for the development of cricket in Bangladesh.
