Australian Open 2022 the first major grand-slam of tennis. The 108th edition of the tournament start from January. The prize money for the tournament increasing each year constantly. The winner of singles competition in both male and female received ($4.1 million) Australian dollars. Australian Open 2022 prize money reported $4.4 million for the winner.

Expected rise in the prize money suggested for the upcoming 2022 event. According tennis sources 2.5% increase in the prize money for the winners and 25% increase for those who qualified for the tournament.

The doubles winners from male and female competition received $750,000 share from the prize money. Runner-ups collect $375,000 prize money. Mixed double winners collect winning share of ($185,000) which is 30% more then 2018 and 2017 competition.

Currently there are no official details about the increase prize money announced. But last five years prize money increased in each tournament. More changes to the Australian Open prize money details updated later.

ATP Cup where tennis players represent their country. The prize money increased for the upcoming competition. The cup will played over for 10 days. Total 24 countries who qualified for the competition will particapte. Each team earn its share from the total prize money $15 million.

Its competition based on different format where singles, doubles, mixed doubles take place. The prize money awarded to the teams on base of participation fees, match wins and individual cash prizes. The player who finished in the top three spots means reached semi finals, finals and runner-ups earn $250,000.

In the above table the prize money is for the Individual’s. The players who reached the final and wins the match received ($290k). The double’s winner share will be ($61K). Prize money is double for the player who defeat the number one ranking player in competition.

The above prize money is for the team wins. All players in a team who compete against the opponents earn equally money. In team’s competition both singles and doubles match take place. Novak Djokovic, Nadal and Federer each win the round-robin match brings ($9k) in to their prize money.

The total prize money for the competition adjusted is $15 million. Each player from ranking 1-10 makes ($200,000) and player ranked 11-20 earn ($150,000). Tennis players who qualified for the event ranking lower than 300 earn ($15k) maximum as participation fees.

Wimbledon Championships is a planned grand-slam tennis tournament, it began from 28th June and finals played on 11th July. Last year, due to rising cases of covid-19 the tournament called-off but now it’s confirmed that 134th edition of Wimbledon host by All England Lawn Tennis Club this year. Tennis news sources reported that £35 million adjusted for this year tournament. The winner of both men and women single competition earn prize money share of (£1.7 million) and runner-up will get paid £900k.
